Jesus the Heart of the Missions Team (JHMT) is neither a local church nor a religious denomination. It is an International Network of Christian Leaders and Workers engaged in advancing the kingdom of God. It is a non-profit, non-stock, non-denominational religious organization composed of Spirit-filled and well-trained volunteer and full-time Christian workers, professionals, businessmen and pastors from different churches in the Philippines and overseas who have a common burden for prayer, revival, discipleship and leadership training, mercy ministries and cross-cultural missions.
Our mission is expressed through focused areas of ministry that equip, empower, and send believers to make a lasting impact for God’s Kingdom.
We engage in outreach, church partnerships, and ministry programs that bring the Gospel to communities and nations, transforming lives through service and the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our School of Ministries provides biblical training and discipleship, equipping believers with sound doctrine and spiritual foundation for effective ministry.
Through conferences, institutes, and specialized training, we develop leaders and equip believers to grow in their calling and walk in excellence.

We believe in the authority and sufficiency of Scripture as the inspired and infallible Word of God, guiding our faith, conduct, and daily lives. We believe in one true God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—perfect in unity, yet distinct in person.
We believe that salvation is by grace alone through faith in Jesus Christ, who died and rose again for the redemption of humanity. Through repentance and faith, we are reconciled to God, justified, and made new creations in Him.
We believe in the transforming and empowering work of the Holy Spirit, who dwells within every believer, producing spiritual growth, godly character, and the manifestation of spiritual gifts for the building up of the Church. We are called to live holy, Spirit-filled lives that reflect the character of Christ and demonstrate His power.
We believe in the importance of discipleship, equipping believers through biblical teaching, prayer, and fellowship to grow in maturity and walk in their God-given purpose.
We are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission through evangelism, missions, and outreach—proclaiming the Gospel to all nations and advancing God’s Kingdom here on earth.

Jesus the Heart of the Missions Team (JHMT) was birthed from the heart of God, bringing together believers from different churches and denominations to serve as one body—united in the mission to equip the Body of Christ for effective global outreach.
Under the leadership of Pastor Dante, JHMT began with the Holy Spirit & His Gifts Conference, which later expanded into the Hear & Obey Conference. These gatherings were established with a vision to ignite revival and equip believers for greater Kingdom expansion.
Since 1992, God has faithfully led the ministry across the Philippines and into 17 nations, including the United States, Canada, parts of Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Through this movement, various conferences and training programs have emerged, such as Mission Invasion and Inner Healing & Deliverance, impacting thousands of lives.
JHMT has also developed modular training courses that have equipped church leaders, ministers, youth, businessmen, and believers from all walks of life. Among these is the Prophetic Institute (PI), now with nearly 200 batches, based on the Hear & Obey teachings authored by Pastor Dante and Cynthia. Additional institutes have since been established to address different areas of growth and calling, forming a holistic training ground for believers.
Beyond conferences and training, God expanded JHMT into nationwide and international outreach through Caravan Crusades, bringing spiritual transformation and breakthrough in various regions. The ministry also pioneered large-scale worship movements such as Celebrate Jesus, a 24-hour (and even 36-hour) non-stop worship gathering that united churches in one voice of praise.
JHMT has been active in media outreach through television and radio programs, as well as digital platforms, reaching wider audiences with the message of the Gospel. At the same time, the ministry has faithfully served through mercy ministries—feeding programs, medical missions, disaster response initiatives, and even establishing an orphanage where lives have been transformed for God’s glory.
In 2009, Operation Kabalikat was launched to provide relief and rehabilitation to communities affected by calamities, serving victims of major typhoons, natural disasters, and national crises through the support of the JHMT network.
Recognizing the importance of every generation and sector, JHMT has also raised ministries such as:
Women on Fire for God – empowering women in their calling
Unashamed Generation – igniting passion for Christ among the youth
Presidential Intercessors Network – mobilizing prayer for the nation and its leaders
Christian Voice – raising worshipers through music and talent
Lovelife Specials – strengthening families, couples, and individuals through guidance and counseling
Today, after decades of faithful service, JHMT continues to fulfill its calling—to reach people of all ages, backgrounds, and nations, equipping them to live for Christ and advance His Kingdom.
